Weekly Progress: All In On Mobile

I hope you’re having a great start to your week! I’m thrilled to share the latest updates we’ve rolled out for Rent More Pro. We’ve been busy working on some fantastic new features and enhancements to make your experience even better. Here’s what’s new in version 1.4:

Weekly Progress:

• Mobile Responsiveness: We know how important it is for you to have a seamless experience on your mobile devices, especially with over 60% of our traffic coming from mobile users. This week, we’ve improved the look of the hero section on the front page and made it easier to see order costs on mobile.
• Order Flow: We’ve added a new order flow on the order dashboard, making it easier to go from an estimate to a signed contract and a reserved order.
• YouTube Channel & Support Email: We’ve launched a new YouTube channel to provide more support and a new support email (Help@rentmore.pro) to assist you better.

New Features:

1. Marketing | Short-codes: Display an order’s payment receipt with our new short-code.
2. Marketing | Auto Messages: Send custom automatic messages after a customer makes a payment.
3. Settings | Account Settings: Automatically send out notifications once an order is reserved. Toggle this feature on or off in the settings menu.
4. Settings | Account Settings: Choose the date format displayed on the front end.
5. Orders | Orders: A new column on the Order Dashboard Page to easily see if a quote has been contacted.
6. Marketing | Design Setting: Quickly set mobile response settings.
7. Settings | Location: New warehouse location page with more editing options, including Sunday hours.
8. Reports | Customers: Export customer data by date range.
9. Marketing | Design Setting: Added a new footer widget for hours of operation.

Improvements:

• Faster loading pickup page.
• Updated design across the website.
• Enhanced security for the automatic quoting system.
• Updated stats on the order dashboard to include open estimates and reserved orders.
• Improved design and layout of the orders dashboard.
• Simplified the quote form by removing inactive coupon code fields.
• Better mobile responsiveness throughout the software.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed issues with force allow payments not updating on the edit order page.
• Resolved URL issues on the bundles page.
• Fixed broken add new FAQ button.
• Corrected deposit amount on the edit order page.
• Made footer links clickable.
• Improved dropdown menu visibility on the catalog navigation item.
• Fixed navigation display on the privacy policy page.
• Resolved issues with footer category links not showing.
• Fixed double URL issue on inventory categories.
• Live chat now sends email notifications for new messages.
• Fixed suite input issue on the location settings page.
• Corrected order conversion percentage display.

Support:

• We’ve added 13 new support videos on YouTube to help you make the most of Rent More Pro.
• For any assistance, you can now reach us at Help@rentmore.pro.

Want to rank higher on Google and Bing for free? Update your meta tag data on your inventory products and categories to improve your SEO.

The Mobile App:

Our most requested feature, the mobile app, is in the works! We’re starting with basic operations like drivers’ routes, will call returns, pickups, and driver location tracking. We’ll be reaching out to get your input to ensure we build the best first version of the app. This version is already pushed out.
