Highlights from Version 1.6

User Feedback and System Enhancements

Last week, we received numerous suggestions about gaining more control over customer interactions, improving the quote system, and streamlining communication workflows. We also addressed some service issues with our partners, uncovering new ways to enhance our business operations. While no major features were released this week, we have made significant improvements to existing systems, adding valuable information to your dashboard to help you make smarter business decisions.

• Marketing | Design: Phone number icon now displays only if there's an associated phone number.
• Marketing | Auto Message: Added editable email endpoints for store credit and contracts.
• Marketing | Short-codes: Introduced 7 new short codes for auto messages: customer_store_credit_reason, customer_store_credit_id, customer_store_credit_amount, order_contract_url, order_contract_created_date, order_contract_signed_date, order_contract_status.
• Orders | Bundles: Implemented max length validation for bundle creation and editing.
• Orders | Quotes: Added "backyard" as a new selection for the drop-off area and changed "building type" to "location type".
• Orders | Order Dashboard: New card for Total Open Estimates Value on the orders dashboard.
• Orders | Quotes: Hover option added to enlarge item images on the quote form.
• Orders | Orders: Enabled automatic sending of quotes to customers when an order is updated from the backend editor.
• Orders | Inventory: Highlighted items now appear first in alphabetical order.
• Settings | Account Setting: Toggle dashboard notifications on/off and phone line intro settings.
• Settings | Account Setting - Phone Line: Set phone line time.

Small Design Changes

Minor design tweaks across the front and backend of the website and software to enhance usability.

Performance and Speed

Continual improvements to website and software performance and speed.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved Policy CSS styling issues.
• Fixed issues with bundles displaying 0 items on calendar and edit inventory.
• Addressed issues with bundles showing 0 quantity items on various pages.
• Fixed maximum length allowed for bundle descriptions.
• Corrected quote button color discrepancies.
• Resolved SMS reply messages being sent to the wrong email.

Software Tip of the Week

Boost your 5-star reviews by setting up auto-scheduled messages to be sent at the end of the customer’s order. Ask them how their event is going and resolve any issues before they post a review. If expectations were met, send them your review link and request a “5 Star Review.” Turning dissatisfied customers into brand advocates can significantly enhance your reputation.
